Our Terms and Conditions INCLUDE our website prices, delivery specifications, trademark & copyrights, contact details and privacy policy. PAYMENTS

Full payment is required, by credit card/debit card or PayPal, before we process your order.
Once we have received payment, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provided in your online order form. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used for a purchase at our website is yours. If the issuer of your payment card for any reason refuses to or does not authorise payment to us, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.  We don't share your card details with any other company, and we don't keep your card information.

CLAIMS

These terms do not affect your consumer rights.

Please check your goods and count them at delivery. Problems or damage must be reported immediately along with your order receipt. In case of a claim please contact us within 48hrs of delivery by email at greysonburnish@gmail.com

For earrings or bespoke orders, we can't accept returns and will not issue a credit or refund, unless the product is agreed to be faulty. We can not issue refunds for damage caused by incorrect jewellery care, storage or wearing. 

In case of technical problems, we advise we are not responsible for the compatibility of Our Website with your computer, mobile phone, electronic devices, software or data signal connection.

PRICES

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, the availability of the products and will be invoiced with the prices set out in our system at the time of purchase. Prices may be changed from time to time. The prices are all listed and invoiced in Pounds Sterling. 
If you purchase goods from outside the UK, credit card charges and currency fluctuations may affect the amount billed.

CANCELLING CONTRACT

We inform it is our right to cancel the contract with you for whatever reason or problem. In case your contract is cancelled we will inform you by email and your payment will be refunded.  We are not obliged to give any additional compensation for disappointment, or moral damage whatsoever suffered.

WHOLESALES AND SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Wholesale orders should be made exclusively via email at greysonburnish@gmail.com  using proforma invoice and under specific terms and conditions. No word said or written by any salesperson representative on our behalf should be understood as an Extension or variation of these Terms. Saving for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, in these cases, we have no liability for any kind of representation being not true, misleading or wrong.
